Our Mode of Operation

Most of our corporate clients with long term business interests in the country will prefer to enter into a Retainer Agreement with us, under which we agree to offer them legal services on all or most of their legal matters for a fixed monthly sum. This arrangement is beneficial on both sides in the sense that our clients enjoy a substantial discount on legal fees and we in turn enjoy a long term business relationship with our clients.

This is usually the arrangement we have with most of our individual clients; particularly those based abroad who have only one single legal issue to deal with in Kenya. With these clients, we offer free legal consultation detailing the legal requirements and procedures that they must follow, the time taken to complete the matter, a detailed computation of all the costs that will be incurred as well as the documents and other things that will be required. Once the client is satisfied with the information given and the charges, we send them our Deposit Request Note, on which they make a 50% down payment before we can commence doing their work. The final payment is due at the completion of the matter.
